We offer free U.S. shipping for all orders over $100 and "Try Before You Buy" Orders over $100 via the United States Postal Service or UPS. For orders under $100, U.S. shipping is a simple flat rate of $12.99. 

If we miss the mark on your fit, please reach out to us and we'll give you a $30 tailoring credit to make your final adjustments with a local tailor.

If you would like to return your piece for a refund within 30 days, we will deduct the $19.99 return shipping and handing. Your return will be washed, altered, and donated to a woman at Dress for Success who just landed a job.  

We design and tailor your personal garments at our Reno, Nevada sewing studio and ship them to you in 1-2 weeks. Depending on where you are located in the U.S., ground shipping takes 2-5 days after the ship date.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are dependent on your country. You are responsible to pay for customs duties and fees upon delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our custom-made pieces takes 1 to 2 weeks to create, and then we ship the package directly to your door from our Nevada studio. If you are based in on the West Coast, you will receive your order in 2-4 business days after shipment. For East coast orders, please expect 5-10 business days for delivery after shipment.

Can I get my order faster?

Our custom designs and personal tailoring takes 1-2 weeks. However, if you need your order faster, please reach out to us at hi@redthreadcollection.com. We would love to help!  

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! We ship via the U.S. postal service to PO Boxes.
